To submit an abstract, you may either complete the online form available here: Call for Papers and Posters Online Form or download the Call for Papers and Posters PDF and send with required documents (see below) to email@example.com
Submissions are due by December 20th, 2023. Incomplete or late submissions may be excluded from the program, or may be converted to a poster, at the committee's discretion.
For oral presentations, submissions must include an abstract. Accepted speakers will be asked to provide a short biography and conflict of interest form, in order to provide continuing education credits for our attendees. Guidelines and templates are available below:
Use Times New Roman font, size 10, paragraph spacing 1.5.
Include affiliations of all authors and an email for the corresponding author.
500 word limit.
Biographies should be less than 500 words, written in third person, and describe your qualifications (e.g. educational background, certifications, awards) and research/ work experience.

NJMCA Get Started in Conference Speaking:
The sponsorship will cover a 3-night hotel stay at the Golden Nugget, Atlantic City during the 2024 NJMCA Annual Meeting (March 20-March 22, 2024.) Meeting registration must be paid by individual or their supporting agency.

Proceedings of the New Jersey Mosquito Control Association:
All abstracts are included in the Proceedings by default, but we encourage presenters to submit a longer paper with more detailed information and images/figures for inclusion in the Proceedings! This is a great way to preserve in-depth knowledge about current events and developments in our field for future members and make it accessible for those who could not attend the meeting.
