To submit an abstract, you may either complete the online form available here: Call for Papers and Posters Online Form
Or download the Call for Papers and Posters PDF and send with required documents (see below) to program.njmca@gmail.com.
Submissions are due by December 20th, 2024. Incomplete or late submissions may be excluded from the program, or may be converted to a poster, at the committee’s discretion.
For oral presentations, submissions must include an abstract. Accepted speakers will be asked to provide a short biography and conflict of interest form, in order to provide continuing education credits for our attendees. Guidelines and templates are available below:

Abstract Guidelines:
Use Times New Roman font, size 10, paragraph spacing 1.5.
Include affiliations of all authors and an email for the corresponding author.
500 word limit.
Biography Guidelines:
Biographies should be less than 500 words, written in third person, and describe your qualifications (e.g. educational background, certifications, awards) and research/ work experience.

Act Quickly! Only a few slots available. Sponsorship is available for a FIRST TIME PRESENTER at the NJMCA ANNUAL MEETING. The sponsorship will cover a 3-night hotel stay at the Golden Nugget, Atlantic City during the 2025 NJMCA Annual Meeting (March 19-21, 2025.) Meeting registration must be paid by individual or their supporting agency.

All abstracts are included in the Proceedings by default, but we encourage presenters to submit a longer paper with more detailed information and images/figures for inclusion in the Proceedings! This is a great way to preserve in-depth knowledge about current events and developments in our field for future members and make it accessible for those who could not attend the meeting.
