NJMCA Get Started in Conference Speaking:

The sponsorship will cover a 3-night hotel stay at the Golden Nugget, Atlantic City during the 2024 NJMCA Annual Meeting (March 20-March 22, 2024.) Meeting registration must be paid by individual or their supporting agency.

Qualifications:

• Must be a first-time presenter at the NJMCA ANNUAL MEETING
• Must provide an acceptable abstract for a 5- or 15-minute presentation that can be given during the county talks – Get Started in Conference Speaking Symposium.  
• Presentation must be a benefit to the mosquito control community and highlight a topic from the individual’s county. 
• A Call for Papers, abstract, and this Application must be submitted by December 20, 2023, to be considered.
• Must be a NJ County Employee.

Silent Auction: 

Planning to donate to the NJMCA Silent Auction?

Just follow these simple steps!
1. Drop off your donation(s) at the NJMCA Registration desk, during their open hours.
2. Fill out the donation form.
3. Attend the silent auction (just before the Awards Presentation).
4. Bid on & win marvelous items!

Examples of past donations: entomology-themed gifts, t-shirts, jewelry, stickers, handmade items, work gear, unique items, but any donations are welcome!

The proceeds raised directly fund the NJMCA scholarship opportunities.
