The sponsorship will cover a 3-night hotel stay at the Golden Nugget, Atlantic City during the 2024 NJMCA Annual Meeting (March 20-March 22, 2024.) Meeting registration must be paid by individual or their supporting agency.

Planning to donate to the NJMCA Silent Auction?
Just follow these simple steps!
1. Drop off your donation(s) at the NJMCA Registration desk, during their open hours.
2. Fill out the donation form.
3. Attend the silent auction (just before the Awards Presentation).
4. Bid on & win marvelous items!
Examples of past donations: entomology-themed gifts, t-shirts, jewelry, stickers, handmade items, work gear, unique items, but any donations are welcome!
The proceeds raised directly fund the NJMCA scholarship opportunities.

All cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing. If a request is received 14 calendar days or more prior to the event, you will receive a 100% refund minus credit card processing fees. No Show = No Refund. NJMCA reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events as needed.
We can now accept Annual Meeting payments online via credit card or bank account. You still need to email or mail your registration form to Jolyn (information to the left) but you can make a payment via credit card or PayPal here. Be sure to note on your registration form that you paid online.
